New program enables system integrators to offer more multimedia products.
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, July 27, 2009 — Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX), an industry-leading provider of voice communications, data infrastructure, and product solutions, has launched the Advanced Multimedia Integrator Program (AMIP) to help system integrators further expand their business into digital signage, a market that is expected to surpass $7 billion by 2011.
Integrators enrolled in the program can take advantage of aggressive, volume-based discounts on hundreds of Black Box products and, in turn, offer a greater number of state-of-the-art digital signage and multimedia solutions to their clients at much more competitive prices.

Special integrator pricing, which is good through December 31, 2009, applies to select SKUs listed in the company’s new Digital Signage Solutions catalog. The catalog features a comprehensive selection of digital signage appliances and players; high-def video/audio splitters, extenders, switches, and converters; and a number of cables, tools, cabinets, and other accessories for end-to-end digital signage installations.
Among these products are components that offer relatively easy installation and configuration for the integrator.
