MORGANVILLE, NJ June 14th, 2023, (InfoComm 2023, Booth 2035) — Aurora Multimedia demonstrates our ReAX Control platform; it runs natively within the Sony BZ SERIES ProBRAVIA displays. ReAX is a Node.js based control system platform designed to run on Linux, Android, and Windows. Sony’s platform uses Android which allows Aurora to develop a version that would run natively inside the displays.
Utilizing our free Core Studio software tool, any control interface, web pages, and automation can be served up from the display without the need for any additional equipment. Since ReAX is based on Node.js, it can also be coded in JavaScript and HTML; following industry standards which provides a huge advantage over proprietary control systems.
Simply mount the display, load the ReAX files into the unit via LAN or WIFI and the display now becomes a full-blown control system capable of automatic conferencing or anything else control systems navigate/operate. The interface can be served up to any alternative device on the network, or directly on the display itself with the remote control.
In addition, Aurora plans to allow the new (RXT-4D) 4" desktop controller with Dante beam forming microphone to work directly with the Sony displays to make a powerful unified communication combination.
Paul Harris CEO - “This is a very exciting moment for Aurora as it will be the first professional commercial display running our ReAX control system platform on its internal processor. This demonstrates the power of ReAX and is the beginning of Aurora expanding our platform into just about any device running Android."
